Privacy policy

Last updated October 10, 2026

This page explains what information the Kixx Fitness website collects, how we use it, and the services that help us run the site. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to answer you, and we never sell it.

Contact form

When you send us a message, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and message you enter. We use them only to reply to you and help with your membership or classes. Your message is emailed to our front desk and stored by our website provider so we can find it later. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your information for marketing.

After you send a message, we email you a short confirmation so you know we received it.

Online sign-up and cancellation

The "Sign up online" and "Cancel membership" links take you to WebFDM, the membership and billing system we use. The information you enter there, including payment details, goes to WebFDM and is handled under their privacy policy, not this one.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and a visit counter run by our web developer (Man In A Can Labs) to count visits and see which pages are popular. Neither uses cookies or follows you to other websites. The visit counter records the page you visited, the site that sent you here, your general location (city) and your type of device and browser; it doesn't store your IP address or anything that identifies you. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, it records nothing.

Spam protection

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to make sure messages come from people rather than bots. To do that, it may check technical information such as your IP address and browser.

Map

The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps. Google may set cookies or collect information when the map loads, as described in Google's privacy policy.

Questions or requests

If you have a question about your information, or you'd like us to delete a message you sent, email us at kixx.lak@gmail.com or call 435-257-7546.
