HIGH FITNESS

Think old school aerobics made Modern.  Cardio and Toning meets Jane Fonda with a side of Richard Simmons. You'll have a blast, see real results both physically and mentally, and leave this class wanting more because it's so much fun!

TURBOKICK

A cardio kickboxing dance class that tones muscle and torches fat. Punch through to the next level of your personal fitness journey while jamming to party tunes - and have a blast doing it!

Get a knock-out body through high-intensity and fast-paced choreographed steps.

RIPPED

You'll complete the first part of R.I.P.P.E.D -

Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, and

Endurance.

LIFT

If you love to lift weights, you'll love this class. You'll get a full-body workout in 55 min. You go at your own pace because you select your weights.  This class builds both strength and endurance.
